Write and Burn Ritual to Clear Anxiety and Manifest a Job

This ritual is designed to help release anxiety and transform your thoughts into positive energy to manifest your goals. It involves writing down your fears or blocks, then burning the paper to let go of those negative emotions. Afterward, you’ll write a script of your manifestation as if it has already happened, creating a powerful memory-like experience of success.

Step 1: Prepare Your Space

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Have a pen, paper, and a safe container for burning the paper (like a fireproof bowl or a small metal container). Make sure the area is safe, and you have a way to put out the fire if necessary.

Step 2: Write Down Your Anxieties

Take a few deep breaths, grounding yourself in the present moment. Start writing down your feelings of anxiety, doubt, and fear that are blocking you. Let it all out without judgment. Write freely and honestly.

Example:

“I am so afraid I won’t get the job I want.”

“I fear that I’m not good enough.”

“I feel overwhelmed and unsure of my abilities.”

“I am worried I’ll never find the right opportunity.”

“I feel stuck and unsure of the next step in my career.”

Step 3: Burn the Paper

When you have finished writing, take the paper and hold it in your hands. Close your eyes for a moment, breathe deeply, and imagine the anxieties leaving your body and being transferred onto the paper.

Then, carefully burn the paper, watching as the smoke rises. As it burns, visualize the anxiety being released and disappearing. Allow yourself to feel lighter with each passing moment as the fears go up in smoke. You are now letting go of what no longer serves you.

Note: Ensure safety when burning the paper and always dispose of it properly after the ritual.

Step 4: Write Your Manifestation (Past Tense)

Once the paper is burned and you feel a sense of release, take a new piece of paper. Write down your manifestation as if it has already happened, in the past tense. Frame it like a memory, so it feels real and accomplished, add feelings.

Example:

“I am so grateful that I landed the perfect job. The interview went smoothly, and I felt confident throughout. I was offered the position, and I accepted with excitement. The role is exactly what I wanted, and I’m thriving in it. I feel valued, respected, and inspired every day at work. My skills are being utilized to their fullest potential, and I am making a real impact.”

Step 5: Close the Ritual

Read your manifestation aloud, speaking it with confidence and belief. Feel the emotions of gratitude, joy, and success as you speak. Visualize it happening in detail, like you’re reliving that moment of success.

After you feel that sense of completion, take a moment to thank the universe (or whatever higher power you believe in) for the manifestation. You have now shifted your energy and cleared the space for positive, abundant things to flow into your life.

Reminder: Keep the energy positive, and trust that the universe is working with you to bring your desires into reality. The more you believe in your manifestation and act as though it’s already true, the quicker it will come to you.

Please write this in your own words. You have a clear understanding of what lies in your heart, what you need to release, and what you hope to manifest. Keep your intentions in a space that feels meaningful and sacred to you. When what you’ve called into your life comes to fruition, you’ll recognize it. To deepen the process, you might choose to create a manifestation journal, writing your goals and desires as if they’ve already come true, in the past tense.
